Is the content written by AI?
We use AI tools to draft the content, working from your own product pages and photos. You read and approve everything before it goes live, and you can edit or reject any piece.
How do I know the facts are right?
Details such as materials, sizes and prices are taken from your store, and you approve every piece before it is published. AI can still make mistakes, so please read each piece. If something is wrong, tell us and we fix it.
Does it publish to my Shopify store automatically?
Not yet. For now we send you the finished posts, videos and captions. You can publish them yourself, or give us collaborator access so we can add them to your blog once you approve. Automatic publishing is something we are building.

What if my products have only one photo?
Videos need a few photos per product to look good. If most of your products have a single photo, we will tell you honestly before you subscribe.
